Ensures strategic plans implemented and branch success.
4.
Ensures the branch's compliance with governmental standards and regulations for licensure and certification.
Serves as an ex-officio member of the Professional Advisory Group (PAG).
Growth, Quality, Stewardship 7.
Develops and implements short-term (quarterly) and long-term (annually) strategic plans that support quarterly business plans developed at the branch and supported by the corporate level.
Responsible for the revision of goals and plans per quarter as agreed upon with the RVP/VP.
8.
Responsible for successful financial operation of branch.
Participates in development of operating budget; responsible for annual budget; P&L Analysis; A/R and problem billing issues.
Reviews statistical and financial reports; develops plans and revises as needed to meet or exceed financial goals.
9.
Responsible for business growth, including sales/marketing strategies for obtaining revenue goals to include a minimum of 10 face-to-face sales calls every week.
10.
Responsible for obtaining accurate annual market studies and submitting commensurate recommendations for bill/pay rate changes.
Qualifications 1.
Bachelor's degree in health care management or nursing preferred.
Must be a Registered Nurse in the state of Nebraska.
2.
Minimum of three years management experience, two years of home health experience preferred.
3.
One year minimum experience in operations and finance.
4.
Computer literate with skills in Microsoft office (Word/Excel) 5.
Knowledge of federal and state regulatory requirements and standards.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
