Inside Sales Representative
This is a full-time hourly position that includes a benefit package, vacation, & 401(k).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders and/or gives quotes Accounts receivable duties include; collects deposits, prepares change of address records, collections of past due accounts, applying payment to accounts.
Solicits sale of new or additional customers.
Adjusts complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation.
Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications include the following:
Customer Service Skills:
