Work directly with the ownership team to develop, test and build new markets.
Have the opportunity to travel to sites across the United States and Canada to develop and maintain strong customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Join industry associations and trade groups that will enhance our company and your professional standing in your field.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and well organized in developing relationships.
Wants to learn or expand their knowledge about the piping/industrial construction industry with a focus on creative problem and permanent solutions.
Experience in project management is preferred but not required.
(There is no year requirement here - we believe that growth is more measurable than years of service.
) Experience in the Industrial construction field is preferred.
Experience in working directly with marketing, and business development is required.
Although you will become a part of the upper management team, you will need to be highly independent in your scope of work due to the relatively small size of our leadership group.
