Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience. Five to eight years of engineering experience in design and manufacturing environments. In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and procedures, and manufacturing processes and procedures sufficient to perform required analysis and make recommendations regarding production processes, cost control, and work standards. General knowledge of cost accounting for estimating costs of new product production. Position Description:
Assist supervisors in solving production related problems. Develop and maintain a personal business plan that is consistent with the Business Unit Business Plan. Coordinate cost reduction programs. Keep pace with state-of-the-art technologies by reviewing professional periodicals and attending trade shows, seminars, etc. Transfer that knowledge into current and future manufacturing practice. Recommend
