Qualifications Education Minimum Requirement:

High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience and Skills:

Technical or trade school training in electrical/automation controls, plumbing, welding, HVAC or equivalent work experience.

Third Grade Stationary Engineer License or willing to obtain one within 18 months of start date.

Ability to work independently, communicate status and deficiencies.

Maintain computerized records using current maintenance software.

Interact with customers and vendors.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
:
Associates Degree with some experience in plumbing, welding, PLC/Automation Controls and HVAC.
