130####### NATURE AND SCOPE:
The incumbent reports to the Chief Nurse Executive/OD-Clinical Services with matrix reporting to the campus Administrator for day to day operational issues.
The incumbent works collaboratively with Alegent Health leadership to achieve goals and objectives.
This role can only be fulfilled through a collaborative working relationship with each member of the management team.
The incumbent works collaboratively with nursing and medical staff, agencies and payers to carry out the goals and objectives for the defined service population.
A key role of this position is to build strong relationships with physicians and employees for Alegent Health and to achieve high levels of patient and customer satisfaction.
TEAM LEAD ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Assigns day-to-day work activities; directs the functional and technical job performance of team members.
Allocates and directs staffing needs to meet patient, unit/department and organizational needs and collaborates with others to ensure overall staffing needs are met.
FUNCTIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Qualifications:
Experience Minimum of three (3) years of progressive experience in nursing with experience in nursing leadership and project management preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
