Commitment:
24 hours every 2 pay periods Pay Incentive:
$10 per hour incentive for all scheduled direct patient care hours worked, up to 40 hours weekly.
Required to work in ALL Inpatient Medical Surgical, Step Down, and Critical Care Departments.
TIER TWO:
Commitment:
48 hours every 2 pay periods Pay Incentive:
$15 per hour incentive for all scheduled direct patient care hours worked, up to 40 hours weekly.
Required to work in ALL Inpatient Medical Surgical, Step Down, and Critical Care Departments,PLUSone or more specialty departments:
PACU, ED or Post-Partum.
Premium Plus is for you, if you wish to:
Be rewarded for your experience and flexibility in working in multiple nursing departments within a hospital.
Have flexibility in building your own schedule, either far in advance of actual shifts or up to 24 hours prior to a shift.

Job Summary /Essential Duties:
Qualifications:
Education:
Completion of a Registered Nurse program in an accredited institution.
Experience:
One-year experience in an area of specialty preferred.
License/Certification:
Other licenses, certifications, and/or Life Support may be required upon hire or within a certain amount of time from hire.
